Dumbledore and Fawkes

The symbol is a pair of socks, as Dumbledore always asks for them as gifts but gets books instead. The cutie mark is his wand and lemon drops that he always keeps in his pocket.

He does have a beard that is held back with a tie of sorts. His body is part airbrushed and mostly hand painted. The cloak and hat were hand stitched and are removable. Fawkes was completely sculpted with clay and has a magnet in his bum so he can sit on Dumbledore's back or on the ground
